Great buying experience and a great car We were thinking of buying a Toyota Highlander when they were in short supply. Another dealership blew us off because they didn't have any to show us We were thinking of buying a Toyota Highlander when they were in short supply. Another dealership blew us off because they didn't have any to show us and didn't seem interested in finding one. We drove by Newbold on a Sunday and noticed two Highlanders on the lot. I contacted Newbold on their website and we were fortunate that Sonny Swearingen got back to me right away to set up a test drive. Once we drove it, we were sold...but, the features we wanted was not on the lot, so we ordered one. In a few days Sonny called to inform us that he found one that met our specs plus more, and could arrange for it to be delivered to the dealership We agreed and the deal was done. Could not have been happier with Sonny, who made this the best car-buying experience we have ever had. He loans us his car if we need one during service. He always greets us and stops to chat when we are at the dealership for service. We will buy our next car from Sonny. More
