Ms. Dacia, After reading about your experience... I spoke with our service team. The replacement of mirrors on any vehicle is a 4 day process. Reason why is, the part needs ordered because we typically do not stock mirrors. After 1-2 day shipping the mirror then needs painted by a body shop to match the color of the exterior which is a 1 day process then installation. After we tried explaining this to your mother, she began to yell and curse in the service department which we don't condone. We would have been happy to accommodate your situation if given enough time to do so.
