I don't know anything about cars, but the salesman I had named Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all and made me very comfortable throughout the buying process. A few months later, I got a flat tire and brought it to the service center to get it changed. I didn't even have to speak to anyone to set my appointment, I was able to do it all online. When I got there, the service rep whos name I can't remember was extremely nice and helpful. The price was super cheap and the work was done within a half hour of me getting there. While I waited, I had access to their lounge that had nice furniture, a big TV and coffee. The next time I buy a car I will be going to Toyota World for sure and I will recommend anyone else I know looking for a car to do the same. More

Effecient, family oriented, kind Mark, our salesman, treated us with respect and made a long process manageable to handle while we had 2 small children in tow. Toyota's sales center as well as service center are set up catered to familes. Having small children and no local babysitters, car buying is not an easy task but they make it such a pleasant experience. More

I lease a new car with Toyota care because I've read online, family and friends all recommend Toyota as the best. Ken Steen tells me get ToyotaCare, it covers everything. I had a leased car from 2013-2016, turned it in this year for a new car. With my first car, someone ran a red light one night and crashed into me and two other motorists, and I had to eat this repair cost when I exchanged my lease. So ToyotaCare didn't cover me then. Next, I'm arriving to work in Philadelphia last week, and I suddenly have a flat tire. So now I'm stuck on the side of a highway 95, pouring rain, with a dangerous to drive vehicle and I called Toyota roadside assistance who assured me that not only does ToyotaCare and their roadside assistance NOT cover nails in tires, but that my situation was not an emergency. Two days later I bring my 8 month old car to the Toyota service center, and the guy there assures me that due to the location of the nail, this isn't covered by my warranty or ToyotaCare, he recommends I take it somewhere else. Otherwise, he informs me that those tires, if they were in stock, are 251 dollars apiece. So I've had a car with you guys since 2013, I've paid for Toyota care, and the very few instances I've needed support from my car manufacturer, you've been absent. The man at the repair center, Henry I think his name was, assured me that no other car company can cover nails in tires. At this point, I'd do pretty much anything to break my lease and go roll the dice with another car company. The times I've needed support from my dealership, THE ONLY times I've needed support, I've been told that a) they can't support me, and b) to take my business somewhere else. I run a retail store! Our entire success is built upon the concept of recommendations from loyal customers, and I am neither loyal nor going to recommend you or your anything to anyone. How could I? There's been no value to me! More
