Professional, fast and courteous service. I have been to the service area on two occasions within the past few weeks. One time for my 5,000 service and yesterday for a tire light that had come I have been to the service area on two occasions within the past few weeks. One time for my 5,000 service and yesterday for a tire light that had come on. On each occasion, I was welcomed and treated courteously and professionally. The service and the hours of operation, seven days a week, is a major plus for me. Last evening I did not have an appointment but I was welcomed and my tire light notice was fixed in minutes. I am most impressed with the professional and courteous manner that they treat me and all customers that I see in there. Thank you for your excellent service and the way you treat your customers. <20,000 mile check-up Our Toyota service center (Newark Toyota World) does a good job. We were able to sit and relax in the waiting area and have a beverage. Our Asst. Install new radio Blue tooth phone not working in our Yaris but continued to work in our other cars. After technician checked and confirmed our phone would not work in the Yaris, without any hassle, he ordered a new radio and within three days it arrived and was installed in the next day. My Toyota 6 month service. I bought a new Toyota Camry at Newark Toyota World 6- months ago and recently brought it to the service department for my 6- month service. I never would of that that leasing was an option, but it is really beneficial because I am covered for oil change and other things. I pretty much just pay what I have to every month and not have to worry about anything. I know I made a great choice in terms of the car and plan on keeping it for a long time. It was a great pleasure working with him. He never made me feel like he was not trust-worthy and also answered all of my questions to his best ability. More
