Best Experence at a Dealership, Ever ! Once I decided to purchase a new vehicle , I started to inquire about a specific vehicle (Sequoia) at a few local Toyota Dealerships, near me in New Y Once I decided to purchase a new vehicle , I started to inquire about a specific vehicle (Sequoia) at a few local Toyota Dealerships, near me in New York. All I received from these dealerships, was about a dozen or more E-Mails saying, Thanks for choosing "So-and-So" Toyota, Were looking forward in helping you get the best deaL,etc.etc. BUT NO information about the vehicle I was inquiring about !!! So then, I started to do an internet search, for the vehicle I was interested in, and found Newark Toyota Sales. Thank God ! I contacted Lisa Montagno (Assistant Internet Manager) best thing I ever did, considering the concerns I had,about buying a car out of state. Lisa responded instantly, with every detail, about the vehicle, and an price, I couldn't beat anywhere in N.Y. She explained all the details about buying, out of state, and was a pleasure to deal with. So I drove 175 miles to Delaware, to pick up the vehicle, and was met by another outstanding Toyota employee named Eric Mosely ( Product specialist). Eric was fantastic too ! He made everything happen, so easily and smoothly. he took his time, to explain everything, in great detail. He processed all the paper work, in a few minutes ,and before I knew it , I was driving back to N.Y in my new Sequoia. I couldn't be more happier with the whole experience. Do yourself a favor, and take a ride, to Newark Toyota World in Delaware and see Lisa and Eric. You'll be glad you did !!! I was !!! More

Service As I entered the service bay on or about the 25th of last month, i was greeted by a service advisor, as if it was my first visit at this dealership. He prensented himself in a professoinal manner, as he process my vehice in for service, he checked the computer to see if there were recalls for my RAV4. After the service was completed on the RAV4, he approach me to notify me, the service I requested for my vehicle was completed. He explained to me what service the technician performed on my vehicle. He explained the overall safety inspection of the vehicle, whichI appreciated very much. More
