I receive high quality service every time I come. I am very impressed with this dealership. They don't fit the typical dealership stereotype. They're very trustworthy here and definitely not out to just take your money. They're fair and you truly receive quality service. The service assistant managers, sales associates at check out, parts specialist, and technicians were excellent. They're all very nice, compassionate about their job, thorough, helpful, and get straight to the point. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure that you are well taken care of. They all smile and acknowledge you and even engage in conversation. I would like to give a special thanks to the technician Jermaine for finding out the core issues with my car thanks to Jamar for referring him. He's very passionate about his work, and a knowledgeable technician; he's awesome. He spoke to me directly asking specific questions and even answered questions that I have had about the car and didn't quite understand. I appreciate all of his hard work as well as the other technicians that worked on my car of which I didn't speak to personally. I appreciate all the caring service assistant managers who have take care of my car and I, especially Jeff Sherrod. He also helped me tremendously by giving me insight and info about my car that I didn't know prior to coming here. It is certain on every occasion, I have left highly satisfied. I refer them to everyone. You won't be disappointed. More

Cheryl took me right under her wing and made sure not only was I completely covered by myriad of methods she knew, but my waiting time was much shorter than when I get my oil changed at triple A! Service professionals got me over to Starbucks on 6th street to have a cup of coffee as I waited for my vehicle and Cheryl texted me under 2 hours stating work was complete! They then put my vehicle through the car wash and it was sparkling ready to go. I was extremely satisfied with the service and repair Toyota World did for me. Thank you!! More

NOT HONEST AND LIED 1.SALESPERSON TRIED TO UPSALE DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS. 2.FINANCE PERSON MISS CALCULATED SALES TAX, MY FIRST TEMPORARY PLATE EXPIRED AND I HAD TO BRIN 1.SALESPERSON TRIED TO UPSALE DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS. 2.FINANCE PERSON MISS CALCULATED SALES TAX, MY FIRST TEMPORARY PLATE EXPIRED AND I HAD TO BRING IN A CHECK AND GET ANOTHER TEMPORARY PLATE. NOT EVEN A WE ARE SORRY FROM THE DEALER. 3. PASSENGER AIRBAG RECALL. I CALLED IN NOVEMBER 2016, TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1/3/2017. SERVICE ADVISOR SAID I WOULD HAVE MY CAR BACK BY 3-4PM. I GET A CALL FROM HER SAYING THEY NEED A FEW MORE DAYS TO LEAVE MY CAR OR RESCHEDULE. AGAIN NOT EVEN I AM SORRY. I RESCHEDULED. ON JANUARY 30,2017, THE PARTS DEPARTMENT LEAVES ME A MESSAGE THAT MY PART CAME IN. I CALL THEM AND ASK WHAT PART.? THEY SAY THE PASSENGER AIRBAG. I ASK TO TALK TO JAMAR CAMPBELL ABD HE SAYS IT CAN TAKE 2 WEEKS OR 2 MONTHS TO GET PARTS IN. AND HE SAID THEY HAVE TO CHECK WHAT PARTS NEED TO BE ORDERED. ANOTHER LIE!!! THE TOYOTA AIRBAG RECALL INVOLVED REPLACING THE ENTIRE AIRBAG(PASSENGER). NO CHECKING JUST REPLACING!! LIE AFTER LIE. AND THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD THE PASSENGER AIRBAG SINCE I CALLED THEM TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT. AGAIN NOT EVEN WE ARE SORRY. I CALLED TOYOTA AND OPENED A CASE. THEY AGREED THAT NEWARK TOYOTAWORLD WAS NOT HONEST AND DID NOT HANDLE THIS PROPERLY. I DECIDED NIT TO GO BACK TO NEWARK TOYOTAWORLD. I CAN NOT TRUST THEM. A PRODUCT IS ONLY AS GOOD AS ITS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SADLY I COULD NOT STAY WITH TOYOTA SINCE NEWARK TOYOTAWORLD CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND THE OTHER DEALER NEAR ME IS NOT ANY BETTER More

He never tried to convince us to do anything; only made recommendations to help us with our decisions. When it came time to work out the details of our purchase, Mark helped us get the arrangements we needed to make it work for us.
