When the color vehicle we wanted came in he let us know---- but he did not pressure us. In the end, we went with the Toyota over other vehicles. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am and I didn't receive a phone call and end up calling around 4ish and it took a while to get a response, eventually the gentleman told me that my car was finished. (I wish I received a courtesy call, I pretty much missed an appt), but at least the Toyota shuttle was able to pick me up from my home which I was grateful for. The shuttle was very friendly and overall ALL staff was professional. More
