Rachel was very polite and informed me of information that was incorrect (I was told when I purchased the car that it used synthetic oil, so oil change every 10,000 miles. Turns out the car uses conventional oil so Rachel ensured the oil was changed the same day (originally just a tire rotation). The parts folks helped me track down the correct touch-up paint for my 2010 Yaris, and gave me good advice on oil changing (I usually change my own). Overall outstanding service! Thanks... More
