Not Great We came to Newark Toyota World service center to check the breaks and exhaust on my Camry, because the breaks were making squeaky noises and I smelled We came to Newark Toyota World service center to check the breaks and exhaust on my Camry, because the breaks were making squeaky noises and I smelled rotten eggs when driving. Breaks were OK and they did not find anything wrong with the exhaust. This was fine. What was not fine is that how much time we were waiting. We saw many people who came after us were served way faster while we were still waiting. We had 1:45 pm appointment, but we arrived 10 min before that time. The guy who assisted us (Jacob Greenwood, I suppose) told us he will call us to talk about our Camry. Well, someone called at 3:13 pm and did not leave a message on my cell. I did not know who it was. We were still waiting. Later we went to check if the car is ready and did not see it anywhere. Few minutes later we found the car on the parking lot, not in the front, but somewhere on the side barely seen. I asked a customer service lady why nobody takes care of us. She did not know and told that maybe they are preparing paperwork. Then I complained to the guy who started working with us when we first came. He was still BUSY with other people who were apparently better than us, I guess. I just don't understand why he called us and did not leave a message. Later he called again and left a message after I started looking for my car at 3:48 pm. He did not even apologize. Next time I will go to another Toyota service center, the one where they really care about my car and my time spent there. I wasted 2 hours to learn that nothing needed to be done on my car. Seriously, 2 hours! I hope other Toyota service centers are better. I guess we will have another story to tell. More
Great Long Distance Service Since the fall of 2004, my wife and I have been getting our vehicles serviced at Newark Toyota World. In the summer of 2013 we relocated to Tuscaloosa Since the fall of 2004, my wife and I have been getting our vehicles serviced at Newark Toyota World. In the summer of 2013 we relocated to Tuscaloosa, AL but our daughter moved to West Chester, PA to continue her college education. We still have her take the car for service to Derrick McKie, who has seen her grow up from a kid to a young lady. Everyone was great in helping her and keeping Amy and myself informed since for the first time in 11 years the Camry needed more than our normal quarterly maintenance. As always, Derrick and others did a great job. Thanks to everyone there at Newark Toyota World's Service Department. More

Much more improved customer service , Jacob did a very good job explaining what needs to be done on my car and keep me updated while I was waiting in the waiting area. It was very enjoyable feeling.
