Tried to get an appointment for over a week.. Tried to get an appointment for over a week for a brand new car. Called everyday and was transferred to a reps voice mail ( Wesley ) who never returne Tried to get an appointment for over a week for a brand new car. Called everyday and was transferred to a reps voice mail ( Wesley ) who never returned calls. Called and called - same thing day after day. Said he wasn't in etc would call the next day - he never did. Finally I had to get a little demanding and finally got another rep ( Dacia) that actually scheduled the appointment. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR. The problem was that when I turned on my defroster, the radio would not work. Problem is crossed wires and it needs a new back window. I have no problem with waiting for the window to come in. But begging to schedule a service appointment is UNCALLED FOR. My first Toyota and may be my last if this keeps up. More
