It was not sales push, it was good old professional competence and meeting the customers needs. They worked with us (our trade in was full of branches we were taking to recycling!), understood what we were looking for, and presented a fair price. This is our second car from this dealership, and it will not be our last! More

Very poor overall I drive many miles a month. I visit Toyota World every 5-6 weeks ( 5,000 miles ). On 3/1/16 I was advised that I should think of having my oil pan ga I drive many miles a month. I visit Toyota World every 5-6 weeks ( 5,000 miles ). On 3/1/16 I was advised that I should think of having my oil pan gasket resealed I asked how long wood it take I was told 2 hours I said if I keep a eye on it can it wait until my next oil change and I'll do it when I have my tires rotated (10,000) O K. Last week I called Cheryl who always makes sure every thing goes smooth, and she said the earliest I could come in was first thing next Monday morning I asked what time she said she gets in 6:45. I said I'll be there by 7am, and I did Cheryl was out sick it was all down hill from there After the advisor who said he would help me for Cheryl tried to sell me much more than I asked for I said I only want what I ask for after telling me I had to pay for three hours for the seal I wasn't to happy. But when I called him the next day and asked him if he rotated my tires, because it doesn't show on the bill He said yes! The code on top means they were. I know they were not ! Never again! Will I go back ! More
