Mr. Shultz was also very professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the numbers & details. He explained the different types of warranties & helped me in deciding which plan was best for me. It was not sales push, it was good old professional competence and meeting the customers needs. They worked with us (our trade in was full of branches we were taking to recycling!), understood what we were looking for, and presented a fair price. This is our second car from this dealership, and it will not be our last! More

Periodic Maintenance - Great Customer Service. Very happy with customer service people. Dealt with Jacob - very personable, great people skills. I find that is true with everyone I have dealt with there and I've been a customer for over 10 years. Service was fine - Factory and Dealership not so fine Transmission fluid 4 quarts low from the factory! Toyota knew about the problem (it's all over the internet)! Dealership did not warn me of the problem - So I drive the truck for 2000 miles low on fluid. What damage did I do? Is Toyota going to extend my warranty for their mistake? Dacia Letts and the Tech did their job- no problems there! They made sure the fix was done right and road tested the vehicle. More

Pretty GREAT WAY to start off a Friday Morning! My vehicle was taken in promptly at 8am as scheduled for a minor repair. They've been really quick and attentive on all 3 occasions that I've had my vehicle serviced, twice without an appointment, but I would seriously RECOMMEND one. The service associate gave me a reasonable two-hour estimate and I left walking (by choice) to a nearby appointment with a complimentary cream cheese bagel, a donut and a decent cup of coffee. Henry is awesome! The other guy was cool too! More
Important recall but no parts available at scheduled appt. I received a recall notice for a manufacture defect with leaf springs and made an appt to have the required repair. The person who answered the phone was not familiar with recalls. When I came in for the appt, I was told Service "would have to see if my car qualifies." And, even if my car qualified, there were no parts, so I would have to come back. The recall notice said nothing about "qualifying." The recall said I needed repair and that it was very important. This snafu with Service wasted 1/2 day of my time. More
