Brake repair I had purchased a 2013 used Rav4 from Newark Toyota last fall. When I took it in for servicing they informed me that the brakes were so rusted that they needed repair and/or replacement. I took the matter up with Bill Chaffee, the customer relations manager, and he assured me that Toyota would help with the cost to repair since the condition probably did not originate with me. Of a $600 total bill, I paid less than $200 for parts. I have always taken my Toyotas to Newark for service and have never been disappointed. Their new service facility makes waiting very comfortable. More
