Never any issues with the staff. Colleen was great. My only gripe is that the remodeled waiting area no longer has the Primo hoagies or low tables. Remove the car, bring back the tables. And, they also do a comprehensive checkup on your car systems and suggest work might be done with pricing. Pricing is higher than independent shops in every case, if your car is out of warranty.
