This dealership has just had a major remodeling, which makes the waiting experience far more pleasant. And, they also do a comprehensive checkup on your car systems and suggest work might be done with pricing. Pricing is higher than independent shops in every case, if your car is out of warranty. Service people are very cordial and helpful. I service my vehicles at independent shops since I moved a great distance from a dealership. More

3 bad experiences is 3 too many Overall, I am pleased with the service at this dealer. But, this last visit left ALOT to be desired. Came in for oil change and a couple minor items Overall, I am pleased with the service at this dealer. But, this last visit left ALOT to be desired. Came in for oil change and a couple minor items to address. they told me they'd need 2.5 hours, and they'd call me when to provide update, so I decided to take their shuttle home. We planned for a return trip at 1pm. 1pm came and went. no phone call, no shuttle. I had to make 2 calls to find out what's going on. at minimum, they should have called to provide an update. what should have taken 2 hours to complete took 4. again, the courtesy of a call should be expected. I did not get picked up till 3pm. I had to cancel 2 appointments that afternoon. I did not feel very valued as a customer. I've been going there since 1997-ish and have been loyal to them, both in car purchases and servicing. I could easily go elsewhere, and after this experience, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to this shop. so, for the bad service, all they did was give me $15 credit off the service for the inconvenience. to me, that is a slap in the face, and quite honestly, they could have done better. plus, the service lane MANAGER (not assistant) I dealt with left a little to be desired as far as compassion and customer service. they also replaced wiper blades (which I bought from their parts dept. 2 months prior), that wasn't really approved by me (they were supposed to look into why they were loose). If the parts I purchased were defective after 2 months of use, then I should not be charged for it. t took about 50 minutes to get a refund for the cost the following day. so, this was the worse of 3 bad experiences I had at this dealership since 1997. yes, I think they are a good shop overall, but they really need to bring their "A" game to the table when it comes to customer satisfaction. Lots of room for improvement! They need to make their customers feel valued because there are so many options out there and there is really nothing holding me or any customer, or loyalty, to their shop. Had they thrown in a free oil change to compensate and make good on truly serving and respecting their customers, this could have been a different review. and the refund process really needs to be changed as it is too complex Regarding quality, im my opinion, quality has slipped in recent years. 2 cases in point: 1. at 4/17/2014 visit, they replaced a rear coil. months afterwards, I noticed a bolt holding the bracket in place or the ground wire, was missing and I had to ask them to install one at my next visit 2. when they did the power window remedy on 12/15/2015, one of the panel fasteners were missing, and I had to ask them to install it on my recent visit. 3. when they did battery service on another of my cars, that red stuff they spray on the battery terminals was way over-sprayed on other components of the engine compartment. again, they usually do good work, but last couple of years, quality assurance has been slipping. After noticing paint popping on my car the week prior, I stopped in to the service center to ask if my car could be looked at. I was told I had to have an appointment. During my appointment to have the paint issue looked at, my oil was changed and the person who was supposed to authorize my paint popping as a warranty issue, left without looking at my car. I was told I would receive a phone call from the service center to come in again to have the paint looked at when the appropriate people would be there. Still haven't received a phone call to schedule that appointment. More
