She was friendly at the initial greeting, processed the paperwork in a timely manner, and she informed me of the Rewards program which would include my current visit. When I found out the service would take longer than what was quoted to me over the phone she quickly apologized for the confusion and had no problem getting a shuttle to take me back to work. More
