Responsive I like the fact that as soon as I drive into the dealer a rep meets me to begins the process. My service rep kept me informed the entire time while I waited for my 35,000 mile service. I had a 9;20 appointment and my visit lasted till 11:20, I wish there was a way to begin service as soon as you arrive as a customer, it is much more convenient to wait rather than dropping off my vehicle. Servicing at this age of the vehicle is very limited and should not take 3 hours. The entire staff id friendly and engaging and I would reccommend this facility to others that I know. More

Overall great experience Î went in and was greeted right away also was offered help with removing items out of the vehicle (I had a baby with me). I then was taken inside where I was helped by Frank DelGuercio he helped me with service documents. The baby and I waited for a rental car in the playroom a very happy Becky came to assist me with a smile on her face and was very helpful and accomadating. They brought the car right up for me and once again helped me lug all of the baby items to the car and I was on my way. It was great. More
