We saw a listing on New Motors and from the very first phone call the people were so nice to deal with. Robby Quinn was our sales person and could not have been nicer. No “used car sales pitch” here. Just a very friendly personal touch to all of our questions. We were out of state buyers and it was no problem at all. When I picked the car up Robby went over everything with me (about 1 1/2 hours) until I said “stop”. I just couldn’t learn anymore! And he said to come back anytime and he’d go over things with me. We live 2 hours from the dealership and he offered to have someone come out to program the car to our garage door. Thought that was a bit above and beyond his job. So he sent me a video how to do it myself. Cannot say enough nice things about Robby and this dealership. More

With the uncertain state of the world I expected that it would be a even more of a headache than normal to buy a new car. Our salesman Nick kept me in the loop at all times. Even with a few delays due to their customer volume I felt they did their best to accommodate me. At no point did I feel as though getting me into my new car asap was anything less than top priority. I will absolutely be returning to New Motors next time I am in need of a new vehicle. More

Make sure you choose what bank you’d like to finance with (if you choose to finance). They told me they chose the lowest rate for me, even though I wanted my home bank. I was frustrated with the payments through that bank so I called my home bank to ask what my rate was when they ran my information and it was actually lower! Either the finance department made a mistake or they were untruthful. More
