Not having a trade in, the deal was expected to be easy enough to make, but I had no idea how easy it would be. Having done our research on pricing, I was quite surprised when the deal came out below what the average price by most was reported by a good measure. It made it tough to pass up so we bought our crosstrek right on the spot. I would recommend New Motors, and Keith specifically to anyone. Bob is extremely knowledgeable about the product line and was very patient through 2 test drives and a thorough explanation of the many options available. I was equally satisfied with the final deal, both the price of the new vehicle as well as a fair trade in value for our 2008, 98000 mile X3. Bob made buying fun and enjoyable, I would highly recommend him in general, but his BMW knowledge is really outstanding. In addition, upon delivery Nicole DiTulio was a pleasure to work with on the title exchanges and resulting paperwork. She is very efficient, professional, and pleasant as well. This entire experience was the way I would hope all vehicle purchases should be, but rarely are. More

Made a call to find out more, was connected with Rebecca, she helped answer all my questions as well as kept me in the loop when the vehicle arrived. I told her I was interested and would be making a trip (2+ hour drive for me) to see it. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Ryan, who Rebecca connected me with, and he showed me everything about the car, answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was sold on the car in the first 10 minutes and he made the sale as easy as possible for me. All in all I would certainly recommend this dealership. For the record, I typically view car salespeople as sharks, but not these guys. They took very good care of me and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you New Motors! More
