I originally was interested in a used Outback, but after speaking with Taneeka Shetler over the phone regarding various pricing deals I decided to purchase new. After doing extensive research online I went into the dealership to test drive the 2019 Forester and Crosstrek. Mike Francis was quick to assist me, and listened to what I was looking for in a car. I had walked into the dealership fairly set on the Crosstrek, but after hearing my priorities and concerns Mike helped me decide on the smaller and more affordable Crosstrek. It was an absolutely no-pressure environment, and I felt that Mike thoroughly and completely answered any questions I had to ask. After I had made my decision and returned for the final purchase, both Mike and Allen Yingling made sure that I knew exactly what each signature and piece of paper was for, as well as my options for financing and payment. Allen thoroughly explained my protection and warranty options, and was happy to answer all of my questions (though he was so thorough, I didn't have many questions at all!) As a first-time car buyer I was very nervous, but I was put at ease the moment I began working with Mike and the New Motors team. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends, or for anyone looking for an informative, no-pressure dealership. Thank you! More

Very knowledgeable. No pressure. Worked with Steve Quinn at New Motors to purchase a used BMW 535i xDrive. Of course I felt uncomfortable as I waited for someone to talk to, I've bought many many cars over the years, and it's always felt like a me vs them situation. Steve finished delivering a car to another customer, and we sat down at his desk to talk. We learned quickly that Steve is very knowledgeable about BMWs, and was very interested to get us up to speed on the car we were interested in and it's features. We went for a test drive, and Steve helped us understand the car features . After a bit of discussion, we settled on a price, and decided to buy the car. Steve said he could have the car detailed and everything ready for the next morning. We came back the next morning, talked to Steve for a bit then met with Allen Yingling to discuss the financing and maintenance options. I was very impressed that Allen searched many options for the financing, and found an option much better then my local credit union which is usually best. Allen also gave us several options for the maintenance of the car, and even though we chose not to purchase any of the maintenance packages, Allen was understanding and didn't push. We really liked that. A few minutes later we left with the car. Overall, it was a great experience. From Steve's knowledge and obvious passion about BMWs to Allen's financing work and no pressure approach, we really enjoyed the experience. Way different than what I 'm used to at other dealerships. GREAT CUSTOMER Service -- ABOVE ALL! Seth was extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even had some text back and forths with me during his day off, because he wanted to make sure Seth was extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even had some text back and forths with me during his day off, because he wanted to make sure that the '19 Impreza that I really liked would be on the lot for me the next day -- for us to finalize the lease deal on it. He is a straight shooter and realized that I could've gone with numerous Subaru dealerships in the tri-state area, if I were shopping based on price alone; but he and his management team were sure to keep my lease competitively priced, while showing me the CUSTOMER SERVICE value of working with my hometown Subaru dealer. I will definitely deal with Seth and New Motors again when in the market for another Subaru! More

Lowered the price without ever telling me! Before I go into my expierence with the dealership, I think it's important to let you know that I was NOT in a good postion to buy another car. My car was totaled after I just bought it 3 months ago, and my credit definitely wasn't ready to take another hit from a bunch of inquires. So I stated looking for Audi A5 coupes. And if anyone who knows about these cars, they aren't easy to find. But I found this beauty online at New Motors. They got me approved, but the down payment requirement from the bank was rediculous, and Kevin Yaros (New Motors Consultant) knew. So getting this car seemed unlikely, but that didn't stop Kevin. He tried some other banks, and was successful on getting the down payment lowered. I was able to come up with the downpayment, so I put a deposit on it and drove away with it a few days later....BUT, what New Motors DIDN"T tell me was that they lowered the price of the car! But why??? I hadn't known until I was looking at the pink slip at home. And I started thinking about how much the down payment was lowerd for me. So I called Kevin back the next day, and asked him about it. He explained that he went to his supervisor to ask to see if they could lower the price of the car so the down payment could be lowered. And it worked! So I just want to say thank you to Kevin, and his supervisor (never knew his name) for working with me in order to get me into a great car! More
