But then we received an email asking if we would be interested in trading our 2017 outback for a 2019 for almost the same monthly payment. We decided to risk it and quite honestly we are extremely glad we did! Our salesman was Shane Harney and he MADE our experience!! He was bound and determined to make sure we walked away happy and we did! He is definitely an asset to New Motors. Thank you, Shane!! More

Ryan showed us a 2014 Crosstrek! I love it! The process was very quick. The car needed front wheel bearings and Ryan set it up to have them installed at no charge to me. I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a loaner over night. Our overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend New Motors for you next vehicle purchase. Ryan was very polite and has even called again to check to make sure i am still satisfied after the bearings were put in. The service department was also very polite and helpful for getting my appointment set up. More

From the time I initially inquired about a vehicle with Taneeka to the day I picked it up I had nothing but friendly smiles and great conversations. I personally worked with Seth Murphy, he was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Crosstrek which was helpful and he was open to any question I had. He was able to provide me solid answers which inevitably lead me to purchasing my first "new" car. While filling out the paperwork with Allen Yingling he was able to provide me with even more information in which I was unaware of. All in all, Seth & Allen were straight-up with me, there wasn't any pressure to add anything in which I was comfortable with. I had a very pleasant time working with New Motors and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
