The staff was were not anywhere to be found. I had to go looking for them. I also have a Subaru that I have serviced at any of their dealerships and it is GREAT! you might want to copy their se I had to go looking for them. I purchased on line and David was excellent to work with. He said up-front "I'd rather have you buy a truck from me than me sell one to you".
