NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! Whatever nice thing you read here probably was written by the employees of the NEMET. I bought a NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! Whatever nice thing you read here probably was written by the employees of the NEMET. I bought a Nissan Murano and ended up paying $2000 extra on top of the sales price. The person who made me sign the sales agreement put an extra contract in the big bunch of papers, and unfortunately i signed that thinking that it was part of the sale. It was actually a stupid insurance (if my car was stolen I would receive some money) that cost me $2000 and I had to pay till the last penny. When I realized that strange paper next day of the sale i went back to Nemet, and sales person (I don't remember the name, but he was a Greek guy) told me he explained it to me and I agreed to sign, and I can't do anything about it. That was a lie. I heard that they did this to too many people. I am happy that i can finally warn people about NEMET and SCREAAAAMMM what happened to me. I know most of the dealerships make money on some tricks or they are not the most honest businesses around, but this one is so rackless and very much thief !!!! More

POSTSCRIPT: I CALLED NISSAN CORPORATE AND RE INTRODUCED MYSELF AND REMINDED THEM I MADE THEM TAKE BACK A NEW 1999 MAXIMA GLE AS A LEMON IN 1999 . OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW DISCUSSIONS WITH NISSAN, THEY ADM MYSELF AND REMINDED THEM I MADE THEM TAKE BACK A NEW 1999 MAXIMA GLE AS A LEMON IN 1999 . OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW DISCUSSIONS WITH NISSAN, THEY ADMITTED THAT NEMET WAS A "PROBLEM DEALER" AND TOLD ME QUEENS NISSAN WAS A GOOD DEALER. CORPORATE NISSAN GAVE ME A 250.00 CREDIT FOR PARTS AND SERVICE AT ANY NISSAN DEALER... 9-8-11 in the morning i set up a saturday appointment for my 7500 mile service on line 9-8-11 in the afternoon, i received a call telling me only oil changes were done on saturday, no real diagnostics were done and I would have to make an appt during the week. i asked about loaner cars, was told none supplied. I asked about rentals and the girl said yes....so I asked when would one be available and was told Tuesday 9-13 that the rental would be available and ready for me 9-13-11 showed up at 7am....the service consultant had no idea that i would need a rental. so he called the enterprise down the street. This enterprise office, down the block from your location, HAD NOT HEARD FROM NEMET REGARDING MY NEED FOR A RENTAL CAR DURING SERVICE on 9-13-11 so they did not have a nissan for me to rent(this is a bs warrenty req't) and sent me to the atlantic and rockaway office to get a nissan. we had to drive there @7:45 am during rush hour. We got there at 8:15 only to find out that someone took the only nissan for a ride. He came back around 9:15am. so i finally got on the road in a filthy smelly rental at 9:20..... instead of 7:45.. so why wasn't a rental set up by the office manager woman who answers the phone with a spiel I could not understand ? next, I specifically asked for my front end to get checked out, especially the front right wheel assy because there was noise and shimmying under breaking as well as abnornal tire wear. I rec'd no explanation as to the repair of or source of the symptoms. i fear that rotating the tires is just masking the problem until the tire wears and the sympom becomes apparent again. when I went to pick up my car at 7am, the cashier came to work at 7:15 and my paperwork was not ready, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AT 4:30 THE EVENING BEFORE TO CONFIRM THE CAR WAS DONE AND THE PAPERWORK WOULD BE DONE...What a surprise, it wasn't ready..... then I went to the back to get my car and no one was there, once i found the guy, he had to pull a car out of the way to get to mine, no key for the car he needed to move. He had to find it...so I left your dealership at 7:45 with my car...45 minutes to pick up a completed car. geez end result...10% off my service and a 10% discount on my next enterprise rental.. My time's a lot more valuble then that...............\ I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK 10-1AFTER "TEST DRIVING" MY CAR5-11 AFTER DRIVING FROM QUEENS TO TAMPA AND BACK THE SHIMMYING AND SHAKING HAD GOTTEN EXTREMELY VIOLENT.. THEY CALLED ME AND SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG...LYING xxxx...EVERY PASSENGER WHO GOT IN THE CAR ASKED ME IF I HIT SOMETHING BECAUSE OF THE RIDE ...... FOLLOW UP...MY LOCAL GREAT BEAR FIXED EVERYTHING,,WARPED ROTORS AND BENT WHEEL...ALIGNMENT TOO. THE CUBE IS NOW MINT. NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE NEMET More

I am comming back to this reveiw site for the second time for a very important reason. The first time I was looking for a Nissan dealers in my area. It seemed like the reveiws were all middle of the road but for a very important reason. The first time I was looking for a Nissan dealers in my area. It seemed like the reveiws were all middle of the road but when it comes to buying a new car, the bottom line is the price you pay. So I went to about four dealers and pretended that each one was the first one I went to. I'll say that I'm not usually one to write reviews but I realized that most people only complain and I wanted to praise. The people at Nemet were the most real and understanding professionals I had delt with in my car search. Most of the dealers were only concerned with closing the deal. Of coarse they were all helpful when it came to explaining the features in the car but the sales people at Nemet were truly concerned with me making the right decision. They were friendly and kind and when it came to price they did what it took to make the numbers work. When it was time to pick up the car they did everything and more. They showed me how to set up and customize the settings exactly how I wanted it. I now I will do business with Nemet again, they have proven to me that not all car dealers are the same.
