In August 2012 I purchased a 2008 Nissan Armada.The salesman,a Mr.Lemuel Davidson was very fair and helpful.But when I was turned over to the finance specialist,a Mr. Vince Kesh,my troubles began. While I did agree to buy an extended warranty,my friend was asked to go and check the vehicle for any items missing or owed me,as soon as he left the room,I was lied to ,being told because of my bad credit or in case the vehicle was stolen, I needed total loss insurance ($1,995.00),auto replacement insurance($2,495.00),the silver card($500.00 ) for additional maintenance service and lastly, my tires were inflated with nitrogen( $400.00 )I was sold an additional $5,390.00 worth of unneccesary items making my loan much higher than the $10,300.00 i expected.Mind you I put $20,500.00 down on a $25,800.00 purchase and walked away with a $16,000.00 loan ,I was suprised and really hurt when the next day my insurance broker explained to me how I was dupped into buying all the extra insurance I did not need and my policy already covered. when I did go back to confront Mr. Vince Kesh, the best he could do was offer me a $1,000.00 reduction on my loan amount.I walked out and decided to look for a lawyer or help me howard of wpix channel nine to help me. so to all who read this review please stay away from nemet nissan of queens,ny. Although this review is not from a recent experience, I would like to say that I had an 'excellent customer experience' when I purchased my first automobile from Nemet Auto International years ago, while assigned overseas and serving as a member the active United States Armed Forces. I placed my order for a new vehicle several months prior to the end of my tour while overseas. Nemet Auto International had the vehicle shipped to the United States direct from the manufacturer. I picked the vehicle up after it cleared U.S. Customs, and I flew to the point of entry at Jacksonville, Florida to take delivery of my new vehicle, which was several hundred miles from my new military assignment once I returned home to the United States. The vehicle was ready for pick-up when I arrived, as agreed. As 'My First New Vehicle', I still have fond memories of that car and my experience as a customer with Nemet Auto International. That car was a great value, compared to the price that most dealers sold the same vehile for with fewer options at the time, and it was great looking, fuel efficient, and reliable. I went to buy a used rogue when viewed it was perfect. That was the first 5 hr day I spent at Nemet. On the second 5 hr day (that's right the second day) I went to pick up the car and pay for it when I no That was the first 5 hr day I spent at Nemet. After telling ten several times that I was not accepting the car unless they were able to remove the stain I was repeatedly asked to finalize the car before viewing the removed stain. I had to reiterate several times I was not finalizing until I see the car. Ultimately the stain was remove but I didn't confirm until the threw in an item worth the fix. Soo we should be leaving with a car. Nope no car I got there at 1:30 and now it was 5:00 but gues what no car because DMV had closed. And the final toss up was now the financial rep tells me so how are you getting home. Because the car you traded is ours so you can't take it back. What kind of ponsi scheme are the running note to world unless you have 10 hrs to waste and like to figure out how you're getting home then go to Nemet. Lastly I have to go for a third day to finish getting my car hopefully More

I asked a customer service agent named MAYA to help she said the mechanic could not be located. I asked to have another mechanic to start the repairs she said that since the prev MECHANIC TOUCHED THE CAR so noone else could. I said then get another mechanic to touch the car so we can begin the repair process. After that she said "YOUR BEING VERY DIFFCULT" I then asked to see a manager. After that the mechanic started the repairs which took exactly ONE HOUR to change a 3rd break light AMAZING. More
