They make you really feel like family 3 years ago, I leased my 3rd hyundai from Igal and Carlos. When I heard they were at Kia, I went to see them. It felt like a reunion of friends. Igal had Thomas thoroughly show me the Optima, and we made a deal smooth and easy. Most sedans are the same now, so the deal maker was knowing that Igal was there to make this big ticket item purchase a celebratory one. Thank you team Nemet once again! More
I am beyond pissed... another horrible experience here. I got a consumer reports price guarantee on a Kia Soul. Report said they had 2 in stock in the color I wanted, one was several hundred dollars more. I got a consumer reports price guarantee on a Kia Soul. Report said they had 2 in stock in the color I wanted, one was several hundred dollars more. I called to see if they would honor the certificate for the less expensive one, and Dawn Torelle told me they would. She emailed me the vin number (to the more expensive one) with a price that was a few thousand higher than my guarantee. I called again to ensure that there was no mistake, and asked her to confirm the exact price in an email for the car with that vin number. I was incredibly clear with her than I didn't want to waste my time (dealer is an hour away from me) if they weren't going to honor that exact price, with no hidden fees whatsoever. I was told (and then emailed) that I could get the car (with the vin number she sent) for the price she said, and all that would be added was tax and dmv fees. Told her I'd be there in a little over an hour. Should note that she had an attitude with me when I was asking her to confirm the price in an email, stating she already did, yet all it said in the first email was that she'd honor any certificate I had. I got there 15 minutes earlier than I told her I would, and she wasn't there. Nor was the car. They immediately tried to have me look at another car (different color), but I was pissed and they calmed me by saying they would still honor the price, and that the one they were going to give me had a slight upgrade. I'd have to come get the car tomorrow though. I went through my guarantee papers and emails again with the price, which clearly states "no hidden fees" and they said all was good. Sat down to begin the paper work. Went through everything including filling out the credit application and was told to sign here, here, here and here. I took the pen, looked over the application and saw $450 dealer fee. I asked what that was about and was told, "That's our standard fee, everyone has to pay it." I said I'm paying that, it's not what we agreed upon in email, and not what I had written on my Consumer Reports price guarantee that (again) stated "No Hidden Fees". The sales person got an attitude with me, and when I stood up to leave told me to get the f*** out. I was very very close to doing something I haven't done in over 30 years, and I'm grateful that I'm now home, a little more calm, and able to vent appropriately. I spoke with who seemed to be the owner or manager, and he just shook his head no. He wasn't budging. I walked out. These people are lowlife liars. That's all I have to say. If you choose to do business with them good luck. More

The salesperson had to refer to the manager in regards to any question i had about the car or pricing. They said the would put a hold on my credit card in order for them to get approval on a sales price for a car i wanted and the charges went threw, When i went back to tell them the charges have been processed they said they would refund the money but i have yet to see a refund on my credit card statement. Any company that has to use deceptive tactics to sell there cars is not where you want to go, Use more reputable KIA dealers in better neighborhoods. More
