Absolutely great experience dealing with Rashane. Rashane and Harry were both absolutely great in my decision to purchase a Kia Optima from Nemet Motors. They made my buying experience very pleasant, Rashane and Harry were both absolutely great in my decision to purchase a Kia Optima from Nemet Motors. They made my buying experience very pleasant, not pushy or insistent. I certainly would not hesitate to buy again from Nemet Motors since they are great at what they do and give the best deals in town. I visited several deals before making my decision to buy from Nemet Motors and it's really because of Rashane and Harry. All the best, you guys deserve it!! More

Negative Experience - Dishonest I visited Nemet Kia for a test drive on May 28th and liked the Kia Soul (Automatic). I asked Rashane and the Manager Carlos what are the current offe I visited Nemet Kia for a test drive on May 28th and liked the Kia Soul (Automatic). I asked Rashane and the Manager Carlos what are the current offers/incentives Kia had for the Kia Soul (Automatic) since it was Memorial Day weekend and if they could break it down. I was given quotes but felt uncomfortable because they did not provide the specific details. That night as recommended by friends and family, I went to TrueCar and found all the information that I need on the Kia Soul (Automatic) and found several dealers that had it in stock. The following day, I also received emails from Nemet Kia staff and I replied asking them for the breakdown and details, but never got a response. On Tuesday, May 31st, I was ready to purchase a car at another dealership when I receive a call at work from Nemet Kia customer service - I explained that I was waiting for the numbers from Nemet Kia staff and was transferred to the Manager Carlos. He said he would log onto TrueCar and provide me with the information I requested. On the phone he quoted me a TrueCar price quote which was $1000 dollars less than any of the surrounding dealers and said that he would print out the certificate and I can pick up the vehicle as soon as I arrive. I left work early and went to the dealer, Rashane the sales representative showed me the Kia Soul (Automatic) that I wanted to purchase and was prepared to leave with the vehicle. When the Manager Carlos approached me he stated that the quote that he provided on the phone was for the Kia (Manual) and I explained to him that I was not looking for a Manual vehicle. Carlos then gave me the TrueCar quote for the Kia Soul (Automatic) which was $1500 more and $500 than the quote he had provided on my first visit on the 29th. Carlos was also upset that I went on TrueCar by his tone and stated something that because I had gone on TrueCar he would not honor the price from Friday and I showed Rashane another dealer quote which was also $700 lower than Nemet Kia's quote. At this point was not happy with the service, lack of professionalism and dishonest practice that I took my business elsewhere. I hope that this review helps someone and I have also submitted this review to TrueCar to ensure that TrueCar quotes are not used inappropriately. More

An honest review. My lady and I recently got a new vehicle from this location and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. I mainly dealt with Armen Kalajian but was also My lady and I recently got a new vehicle from this location and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. I mainly dealt with Armen Kalajian but was also helped by Harry Gebian. Armen was so patient with us as we had a thousand questions and he was always honest with us. If he was unsure about the answer he was humble enough to say he didn't know it and that's when he partnered with Harry to get us the answer. Armen was kind and funny and made our shopping experience a pleasant one. Armen is the kind of employee that keep companies afloat as they are one of the main reasons customers continue to return. It was because of both of their great customer service and expertise that We decided to get the extended maintenance plans. We will continue doing business here and look forward to purchasing another car in the future here. We sincerely thank Armen and Harry for their time, patience, and for meeting our needs end to end, they both deserve a raise and I hope their bosses see this review and recognize them accordingly. Great Deals but more important GREAT PEOPLE! I recently leased a 2016 Kia Sedona from Nemet Kia. The two gentlemen that handled my deal named Armen Kalajian and Harry Gebian were very profession I recently leased a 2016 Kia Sedona from Nemet Kia. The two gentlemen that handled my deal named Armen Kalajian and Harry Gebian were very professional, knowledgeable, and did everything without the slightest complication or inconvenience. Wonderful Experience In all honesty, I went into this dealership not really sure what to expect. I had received extremely high numbers from other dealerships throughout Lo In all honesty, I went into this dealership not really sure what to expect. I had received extremely high numbers from other dealerships throughout Long Island and figured it was worth traveling a bit to see what Nemet had to offer. My experience with them began via phone when I called and asked for some numbers. Although it was only a phone conversation, I felt valued and heard in terms of what I wanted and what I was looking to spend. I then made the trip to the dealership the following day and was greeted by Armen. He very pleasantly welcomed me and showed me the car I was interested in that they had in their lot. I had already seen and test driven one, so I kind of knew what exactly I wanted. We then discussed numbers and once again, I felt heard and valued. I was pleased when they came back with a reasonable number and were willing to work with me some more. The three gentlemen I worked with throughout the entire day were overall very personable. They made sure each step of the process was as simple as possible and not to mention, Armen stayed beyond his shift to show us the car, finish up the process, and send us off in our new car. Would highly recommend this dealership simply based on their professionalism and being reasonable. More
