Horrible Customer Experience Nemet Kia is a horrible place to shop for a car. Sales person Jason made the purchasing process painful. He never seemed to be able to answer a question without asking someone else. We purchased a used Sorento that was not road worthy. We contacted the dealer about the safety issue with the car that caused a minor accident. A detailed insurance inspection uncovered issues that would been caught if thoroughly inspected before the dealer put the car for sale. Any reputable dealer would not have let this vehicle go on sales lot without correcting the problems. Jason blew us off and told us ..."it is what it is. After my initial review...Harry step in seemingly wanting to help, and told us the dealer would help offset a portion of our expense. Three weeks later...it turns out that was just an empty promise. Jason and Harry are definitely all the bad things you think of with the term - Used Car Salesman...and that's what I think of the Nemet dealership as a whole. It turns out we are ready to purchase another car and we will not return to this horrible place. More
