I can't say enough good things about my Subaru Forester purchase from Neil Huffman. I'm from out of town and Chris Kerfoot and the team went above and beyond to make things easy for me. After the sale, they quickly corrected errors that I MADE on my paperwork. This was my first new vehicle purchase ever and I was so leery of the transaction due to horror stories I read online regarding working with auto dealerships. Those fears were COMPLETELY unfounded in this case. These people are good, honest, and easy to deal with. I never thought I'd gush like this over a car dealership - thank you all so much! More

We bought a 2016 Buick enclave at the end of October. Within a week, the battery was dead and it had a stutter when you accelerated. When I asked about the 90 day warranty, our sales person said it only covered the power train. They told me to take it to a glass do you were ship! We feel we were ripped off and not treated honestly when buying this vehicle. We will never buy vehicle from Neil Hoffman again. More
