The worst experience I've ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle! The only positive was my sales person. The Finance Manager was so standoffish and down right rude for no reason other than I wa purchasing a vehicle! The only positive was my sales person. The Finance Manager was so standoffish and down right rude for no reason other than I was paying for the total cost of the car that day! Then I was lied to SEVERAL TIMES by her, the finance manager and the general manager. Then I thought lets take this to corporate, nwell they also lied as well and tried using the ITS THE LAW WE HAVE TO DO THIS AND THAT...INCORRECT! I know the law and the line they tried to pass by me may work on others but not me. I will never purchase a vehicle or suggest them to anyone I know....IT WAS THAT BAD! More

Salesman was good. Finance person was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. We were approved with a low rate until we declined the over priced power train warranty. Finance person was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. We were approved with a low rate until we declined the over priced power train warranty. Then suddenly the bank declined us. The bank that declined us according to the finance person was our credit union. A few days later we found out that the credit union never declined us. Would not recommend them to anyone. More

Promised my husband a refund for money he paid to have a vehicle reserved. He waited 15 weeks for them to call him after they said it would only take 6-8 weeks, paid them $500 after they assured him he coul vehicle reserved. He waited 15 weeks for them to call him after they said it would only take 6-8 weeks, paid them $500 after they assured him he could get financing. When vehicle arrived he was told he needed a cosigner, cosigner had great credit and was also denied. Husband was promised a refund for his $500 and still hasn't got one over a week later. Scam artists. Husband got a brand new vehicle from carvana without any issues at all. More
