Realy did a great job I can not say enough good things about Lance he really did work with me to buy a car. I live 2 hours away and we had a couple of issues ,I changed the I can not say enough good things about Lance he really did work with me to buy a car. I live 2 hours away and we had a couple of issues ,I changed the car I originally was looking at, and when I was planning to come down and get it I was informed it was Prom and I was required to be there. Lance took care of it all. Tray kept sending me videos of the process and did a great walk around of the vehicle showing me all the blemishes. The only drawback I had was with a salesman named Larry he (he was what might be perceived as a stereotypical car salesman) he just wanted to know when I was coming down to drive a car with no deal even remotely in place 4 1/2 drive (round trip). I have a big family working with honest people makes decisions a lot easier! Thanks More

Scheduling an oil change and new tires I called and left a message to schedule service and new tires. No one ever returned my call so I got on line. The chat message popped up and asked to I called and left a message to schedule service and new tires. No one ever returned my call so I got on line. The chat message popped up and asked to help me. I gave them all information and went at the scheduled time given to me on chat. Service did not have me down for an appointment. Not happy at all! The girl in service went overboard to make sure she could get me in for oil change and new tires since I had driven 50 miles for this appointment. It was not her fault! I purchased my Maxima and Pathfinder when it was Gates and was very happy with them. I am not happy with Neil Huffman, they do not have enough staff in service department. Will definitely keep this in mind when ready to trade! More
