***AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE*** I called in to the service department to inquire if my 2015 QX60 day light bulb is still under warranty which it took 5 phone calls with no answer and I called in to the service department to inquire if my 2015 QX60 day light bulb is still under warranty which it took 5 phone calls with no answer and one last phone call after being on hold for 5 minutes for someone to entertain me. After asking him if my warranty covers the day time running bulb this guy tells me it could be depends what mileage or year it is. I then told him that my vehicle information should be in the system and he says hold on. He didn't take my name or even my phone number. I was on hold for another 5 mins and ended up getting hung up on. More

No pushy salesman tactics...great experience We have bought most of our cars from carmax and loved the easy, hassle free experience because we have visited other dealerships and hated the pushy, We have bought most of our cars from carmax and loved the easy, hassle free experience because we have visited other dealerships and hated the pushy, buy or don't waste my time salesmen experience. We once went to honda, left in anger for the way we were treated and bought from carmax that same evening. Nationwide Infiniti's experience was as straight forward and fair as our previous wonderful experiences at carmax. We loved it and felt we got a fair deal without being taken advantage of. Our transaction ran past closing hrs and we never felt hurried. The GM simply said we could finish up tomorrow yet we could still keep the new car overnight as a demo. We unpacked what we needed from our old car, but got everything else the next day. Because Brandon(the GM) was so down to earth we felt okay with collecting the rest of our stuff the next day. The finance experience went smoothly and when we opted to simply use our auto check from our credit union, the finance mgr was fine (although I am sure he was a bit disappointed). I read some bad reviews about this dealership but prayed about it and I am glad we give them a chance. If they were mean or fast talkers I would have just gone to carmax the next day because I had already seen used infiniti jx's on their site. Glad there are still dealerships other than carmax that treat customers fairly. Hopefully all will go well if ever we need services down the road. Thanks to Phil(our salesman) and Brandon for a great experience. We even too 2 test drives ( because we had our 2 yr old with us and didn't want her in the backseat without being in a car seat) and they were understanding about it. Great service and an overall satisfying experience with this dealership. Thank God! More
