REVIEW UPDATE: After I posted this review, the sales manager contacted me about my complaint. He was genuinne in his attempt to rectify my issues with the dealership. I have since taken my car back to Nationwide and all of the repairs have been completed (to my satisfaction). They even through in a full detail! As I explained to him, I know this business is about the bottom line, but the customer should never feel like it's "only" about the bottom line. Nationwide I appreciate the way you stepped up to the plate!
