Waited 10 minutes then found out car wasn't even on the lot. My salesperson unavailable told by GM that there ate other customers and that we do not do gas reimbursements. Pretty much told me I was lying until I asked for us to meet with internet manager which he denied. Watch false promises, reconditioning fees, and overall extremely unpleasant experience. More

I highly recommend this dealership. I had planned on looking at vehicles at Nationwide Infiniti and one other dealership to get as many options as possible but, once I was inside Nationw I had planned on looking at vehicles at Nationwide Infiniti and one other dealership to get as many options as possible but, once I was inside Nationwide speaking to the sales team and the manager I knew I was at the right dealership. I spent a few hours test driving and learning about different vehicles. I finally decided on a 2017 QX80. I’m honestly very picky but the associates that helped me were really accommodating.
