I knew what I wanted when I got there so pour Lorenzo didnt have a chance. LOL!! He was very friendly / helpful with all my questions and if he did not know he found out. Mike the sales manger came and i didnt have a chance. LOL!! He was very friendly / helpful with all my questions and if he did not know he found out. Mike the sales manger came and introduce himself, spoke to my children and jocked around with them. Very friendly environment. The only thing I did not like was that some of the sales guys were outside smoking right out in the front, not very proffesional, not to mention that your customers had to walk into the smoke to get into the building. I didn't have a specific car in mind, just looking for a certain price range for my trade in. Ted assured me that I should be looking at a better price range, that my interest rate would be going down for a certain price range for my trade in. Test drove a few, after finally picking one we sat down and began the process. They were able to get my monthly payments as close to my price for what thy could,enjoyed my visit! More

I was looking for a new 2013 White Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I spoke to a dealer closer to my home. I also went on line and chatted with Randy Brewer (nice touch to the website, able to ask questions Unlimited. I spoke to a dealer closer to my home. I also went on line and chatted with Randy Brewer (nice touch to the website, able to ask questions). I took time out of my afternoon to drive to the dealership close to home. I test drove the jeep they had on the lot similar to the one they could acquire for me. I spoke to their salesperson, and they appraised my car. Because I didn't think they were giving me the best deal, I asked if it was. I was told it was the best they could do for me. I left the dealership, and immediately called Randy Brewer on the phone to ask what he could do for me. After talking to him for 15-20 minutes, I decided to drive the extra hour to Jacksonville to see if he could get me into the Jeep I wanted. He did. After about 45 minutes of me hemming and hawing (did I really want a new car), we came to the monthly payment I could manage, and drove home with the Jeep I wanted at the price I was able to pay. I realize everyone has to make a living, I appreciate Randy's honesty and ability to know he could and not leave me living paycheck to paycheck to have the car I wanted. More
