We had a wonderful experience here and this was our 2nd car purchased here in the last 4 yrs! I knew what I wanted when I got there so pour Lorenzo didnt have a chance. LOL!! He was very friendly / helpful with all my questions and if he did not know he found out. The only thing I did not like was that some of the sales guys were outside smoking right out in the front, not very proffesional, not to mention that your customers had to walk into the smoke to get into the building. I didn't have a specific car in mind, just looking for a certain price range for my trade in. Ted assured me that I should be looking at a better price range, that my interest rate would be going down for a certain price range for my trade in.
