Professional and Fair I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat. I had multiple trades and cash to put down. I found the vehicle I wanted online and sent a query via the internet. I was immediately contacted by randy Brewer and then passed on to Jeff Harper. We discussed my trades and I sent all pertinent info along with pictures via email to Jeff. He discussed all with the manager Chris, who then called me to discuss numbers. We came to an agreement via phone. I drove to the dealership (hours drive) with my truck and boat. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jeff and we immediately began the paperwork. I was done in 2 hours and driving away in my new hellcat. The experience was nothing short of professional, courteous and very upfront ( as in no last minute "what is this charge" ) Kudos to all of these gentlemen, to include the financial specialist (sorry I forgot his name) Great staff, great team effort, thank you for everything. Delayed services I'm leaving a 2 star review because of delays in service for my recently purchased vehicle. The dealership associates Steve and Reggie were courte I'm leaving a 2 star review because of delays in service for my recently purchased vehicle. The dealership associates Steve and Reggie were courteous and I couldn't ask for better customer service and communication from them. What was lacking from this dealership was timing and delivery of services from the auto detail department. The vehicle that I purchased was supposed to be set and ready to go with a full service, detail and point inspection by Tuesday. I did not receive my vehicle due to not being detailed until Saturday. I would of rather been told to wait a week from the start rather than call everyday and hear an "it's not ready yet, it'll get detailed tomorrow" response. When I received the truck as a loaner over memorial day weekend because I had traded in my vehicle, I had to wash and remove the cigarette butts and dip cans from the bed and the inside of the truck. Usually dealerships leave you with a full tank of gas when you finally get to keep your vehicle. That was not the case with me, I had to fill up from near empty. More

We knew EXACTLY what we wanted and we told them up front that information. At first, our sales person, Wesley, didn't know what to do at all even though he has been there for 3 years. They couldn't figure out how to get the packages we want. He went to go talk to the manager and the manager had no knowledge about the packages either. We even brought in the window sticker from our previous vehicle. Our sales person comes back with vehicles to which we didn't ask for and much higher in price to which we were looking for. We kept getting pushed towards these higher priced vehicles and were kept being driven away from what we wanted. I will never go to this dealership ever again even for my service for my Ram. More

Tenacious Sales Manager, Grant, and Finance Manager Awesome team work! I phoned at 7:40 PM, and Ryan the GM answered assuring me he could work with my credit.
