The salesman, Mark Matlock, did an outstanding job of getting us into a vehicle with a price we could afford. He was very professional and helpful during the process. However, after a couple issues and observations, the ONLY reason I would ever send someone to National Dodge is to see Mark. While waiting to see Mark one day, the manager was publicly berating another employee and dropped an F-bomb while I was there with my 5 year old. Once I purchased my car, I brought it in for a promised "detailing". I wish I could attach pictures here because the inside of the car was extremely filthy after the cleaning. I'm not sure why whoever cleaned it even bothered. I will say, they did a good job on the outside. More
