Surprisingly outstanding experience! My sales associate was friendly and made my experience probably one of the best I have had at a dealership yet. I'm not sure everyone will have the same experience that I had but based on my personal experience with National, I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I recently purchased a Nissan Titan from a dealer a few cities away to try to avoid the local dealers and now I'm kicking myself. Now I have to travel over an hour to have my Titan serviced and the sales experience wasn't even as good as my experience at National was. More

Customer Service is Non-Existent I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee a few days ago from this dealership. I have worked in the business my entire life and my family owned a Chrysler dea I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee a few days ago from this dealership. I have worked in the business my entire life and my family owned a Chrysler dealership in NJ for over 50 years. So I have quite a bit of experience purchasing vehicles. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by salesman Bob, i asked him where I could find the vehicle I was interested in. He said it was probably across the street at their used lot. I could walk over there and see for myself (so i was told). I then asked if he could find out if that was the case because it was advertised on THEIR website, not the used car stores website. I test drive another after asking him if we could just drive that over there. We pulled around the building and found the car I was looking for. It hadn’t been through detail or the shop because it had just arrived. I looked at it from the outside, but Bob never offered to get the keys for me to take a look at it or drive it. I knew all the options and didn’t feel it was absolutely necessary to look at it inside or drive it. I was more worried about the pricing. So we went inside to run the numbers. I went back and forth with Bob and his Used Car manager. Instead of coming over to introduce himself, he wrote on pieces of paper the “deal.” Never once did I meet him. That was such a turn off. You’re valuing my trade and letting me know the price of the vehicle I’m purchasing. And never once did I meet this person. It was so impersonal. Once we had agreed on values and prices, I wanted to know the finance rate. I was passed off to the finance manager who then brought me into his office, shut the door and tried to give me a ridiculous rate. I asked him for the BUY RATE. Once he told me, I let him know I would not be purchasing the vehicle at that rate and then promptly left. I felt as a woman, they were trying to intimidate me. There are two ways for a dealer to make money on the sale of a vehicle, which I respect. Everyone has to make money or you wouldn’t have employees or a business. But I was paying full list price for the vehicle. So I expected to save some money in the long term on the rate. As I left, the finance manager said he was “goin to see what he could do” regarding the rate. I HAD TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE RATE WAS! I don’t think they really wanted to sell me the car, because they knew they couldn’t rip me off. He told me he could “get me to my payment” but still didn’t know the rate. Seriously? I didn’t find out my rate until I was back in his office to sign paperwork. That is ridiculous. Upon arrival to take delivery of the vehicle, the window tint had been scraped off, the car was filthy and the paperwork was not ready. In my experience, If you have a customer delivery and you have over 24 hours notice, you should be prepared. My salesman came in on his day off, which I do appreciate, just to be there for the delivery. I was told that it took so long to scrape the tint off, they didn’t have time to detail it. I didn’t want the tint scraped off, but to pass inspection, it was necessary. But no phone call? Had to wait for the paperwork to be prepared, this all should’ve been done! Their detail dept closes at 5pm, so I had to bring my vehicle back a different day and drop it off to be detailed. It was very inconvenient. I will say, Bob was a decent sales man. I am not used to the Southern lifestyle of no sense of urgency. The finance manager was polite. But there just didn’t seem to be any sense of customer appreciation or customer service! I’ve never seen a detail department be closed at 5pm. And they put $10 worth of gas in the vehicle. Enough to get me home. I spent $26,000 at your dealership and I can’t even get a tank of gas???? I just say that BRANDON in service is great to work with. I’ve worked with him on several occasions and he truly cares about customer satisfaction. If this dealership didn’t have the EXACT vehicle I wanted, 75th anniversary editions are hard to come by, I would’ve wAlked our in the first ten minutes. More

We were told they would look at it first thing Tuesday morning. No one called to update us, we had to call them. Today my husband gets a texts message saying the parts are on order, not saying what the parts are. This is beyond unsatisfactory. More
