ISO a place that knows how to do a complete oil and filter change and not rip you off. I took my Jeep to National Dodge Jeep in Jacksonville for a routine oil change and leak near the radiator. I paid filter change and not rip you off. I took my Jeep to National Dodge Jeep in Jacksonville for a routine oil change and leak near the radiator. I paid for an oil change they claimed to have done, but I have evidence to prove otherwise. At this moment I’m so upset to go off on a rant on what they did to my vehicle. If you value your car, I wouldn't recommend taking it there. Thanks to the service department at National Dodge Jeep in Jacksonville for messing up my Jeep. More

Honestly, right to begin with I was not very impressed with how I was greeted and addressed in the service advisor check-in space. I had to have my van towed in and I followed the tow driver in so that I with how I was greeted and addressed in the service advisor check-in space. I had to have my van towed in and I followed the tow driver in so that I could speak to a service advisor promptly about my van and the service I needed. The receptionist lady was very kind and nice and took my report on my van. There were 2 service advisor gentlemen at their desk as well. After the receptionist took my report she verbally asked about which service advisor would take my service request. One of the service advisors (sat next to receptionist) appeared to be a senior/leadership position. He totally acted like he did not know what to do with the receptionist's request. In fact, to begin with both service advisors acted very scatter-brained and very much confused and dazed. Now, they could have had a very challenging day on the job and were just mentally exhausted. Not sure. But the initial feeling I had was "do I really feel good and safe leaving my van in the care of either of these 2 gentlemen??" Tony ended up taking my service order. Again, our conversation was just not reassuring in the beginning that he even knew what he was doing. So, I repeated my service issues twice to make sure he understood and left my keys. To my great surprise, Tony called me later that day and stated all the service requests I had could be completed that day. I was frustrated that I had to pay almost $100 for 2 wiper blades and the new battery I needed was over $400. Talk about highway robbery. But, on the phone, Tony was very polite and professional and I consented for the service work. Tony was nice enough to arrange the courtesy shuttle to come pick me up at my house the next day in order for me to get my van. That was very nice and great customer service! I did not have to pay for an Uber. However, I guess you can afford to offer a "free" shuttle when you charge $100 for 2 windshield wiper blades and over $400 for a car battery. :) All of that said, in the end, I was pretty impressed with Tony and how my experience ended there at National Dodge service center. The price for service was outrageous and ridiculous!!! But I appreciated the professional customer service that Tony provided. More
