When the updates fail it is a sign of a defective radio but regrettably, we failed to communicate this effectively to you. We understand the importance of clear communication, and in this instance, we fell short of our commitment to transparency. Furthermore, it was determined that your van needed both the main and aux batteries as per the repair order, but we respect your decision to decline those repairs. We understand that customer choices regarding repairs are important, and we aim to provide you with the best information to make an informed decision. Regarding the rear A/C unit, we apologize for the inconvenience you faced, and we understand your frustration. It's unfortunate that the controls for the A/C are integrated with the radio, which was determined to be defective after the update failed. This complexity made it challenging to diagnose the A/C issue independently. We genuinely regret that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.
