Green was very upbeat and professional during my 0730 appointment, and I was in and out in no time. I appreciate him bringing my truck around and exchanging final pleasantries when complete instead of ju appointment, and I was in and out in no time. I appreciate him bringing my truck around and exchanging final pleasantries when complete instead of just sending me off to find my vehicle in the parking lot (I know I can use my fob). This 'simple' act is a noted difference in customer service between this dealership and my previous one in VA. As an aside, almost everyone who walked through the waiting room, from the GM down, greeted the customers, creating a pleasant atmosphere. More
They changed a headlight and it took about 5 hours, only took that long because I called and asked what the delay was, they didn’t call when it was done. This is a place that has some really good people who take care of their customers, but the whole feel of the place is shady. Spent $800 on a repair that never fixed the problem.
