I have bought a few cars in my years. Nate Wade stands out above the others. My wife and I were treated right at Nate Wade. I have never been taken care of like I was at the Nate Wade service department. From the time I entered to the time I picked up my car. (Witch I was late and phoned in and the cashier stayed late till I picked up my car) If looking for a new or used car I highly recommend Nate Wade and the GREAT folks there. Every time I walk in to the dealership be it for service or to purchase you can tell that this place really cares about the product they are selling and even more about the people who are buying or servicin or to purchase you can tell that this place really cares about the product they are selling and even more about the people who are buying or servicing their cars. When I bought my I i knew exactly what I wanted and was prepared to fight for it. after going to three other I was about to give up but on my why hone I heard a Nate Wade radio add and decided to give one more place a shot. They were friendly and did not try to talk me in to anything I did not want on top of that the prices were better too. The same spirit is carried over in to the service department where I know they handel my car right and their prices are very competitive. I just bought a set of Goodyear eagle gt tires from them and their price was easily $100 less than just about anyone else. I love my Subaru and I feel like everyone else there does too. More
I have bought a few cars from Nate Wade Subaru and I get all my services done there. The customer service is excellent, the sales staff is helpful, informative and not at all pushy. They seem genuinely concerned about getting you the car you want for a good price, and won't push anything on you that you don't need. As far as their Parts/Service department goes, all of their work is top rate and they really know their stuff. I wouldn't take my Subaru to anyone else, and I'll buy my next Subaru from them. After dealing with pushy, annoying salesman and cut-rate service at other dealerships, I can't recommend Nate Wade Subaru enough. More
I remembered how well Brock had treated my wife and me back in 2006 when we considered an L.L.Bean purchase (but we ended up purchasing a different brand's larger SUV at that time). When I decided I wanted a new Legacy, I knew I wanted to work with Brock. Wisely, I checked with two other dealers first, so that I could put Brock in the position to match or beat the two previous purchase proposals. Once again, I was impressed with Brock's straight-forward, honest and friendly manner. I was truly impressed with the ease of completing the purchase. I made another new friend at the dealership, too. I enjoyed the doc signing experience working with Nick. He is quite a character, but very competent at his job and I didn't feel pressured. More

I also felt that I received a fair trade-in value for my car. The only item that could have been improved was the wait to sign the final paperwork; it was busy at the dealership that day and we waited a little under 2 hours to sign. More
I wanted to buy a new car in December 2009. My 1999 Forester had been such a great car that I was interested in another Subaru. I stopped in several times at the Nate Wade dealership during the 2010 year looking over the inventory. Each time encoutering helpful sales people and no pressure. Previous experiences at other dealers had jaded me shopping for a new car. I was still dragging my feet December 30, 2010. After checking Nate Wade's online inventory, I submitted a bid on a Forester to Nick Westover. He counter offered with a fair offer and so I decided to drive to SLC and "just look". I encoutered absolutely no pressure. Prices were fair. Easy. Therefore, I bought an Outback. Hopefully, Nate Wade will still be there with the same service when I need my next car. And hopefully Nick Westsover will be there also. More
Great overall experience. Tony and Lane were very helpful and made the process simple and fast. They also had a great selection of new Outbacks including the crazy green color we were after! Purchased a new 3.6 limited outback from Nate Wade in Salt Lake. I worked with Rita Harrington and the whole experience was great. We very quickly came to a good/fair price. She was very responsive and very helpful keeping me informed about the delivery time for the car, in getting my options installed quickly, activating the satellite radio etc.. Overall, I would highly recommend Nate Wade and Rita Harrington for the purchase of a new vehicle. More
