AFter sending an email to 3 dealerships to find exactly the car I was looking for, Nick was the first to actually find exactly what I wanted - it was in a different state, but he had it shipped. I did not feel comfortable addressing my situation with them at all. In the end, I did work with people who were very friendly and supportive of what I wanted out of my car and out of the service they could offer me. He was patient while my husband and I made decisions and has continued to follow up with me even several months after I purchased.
