My experience at Nate Wade Subaru was a great first dealing with a dealership. The first salesman I met with was friendly, helpful, and was very understanding. I did not feel comfortable addressing my situation with them at all. In the end, I did work with people who were very friendly and supportive of what I wanted out of my car and out of the service they could offer me. AFter sending an email to 3 dealerships to find exactly the car I was looking for, Nick was the first to actually find exactly what I wanted - it was in a different state, but he had it shipped. This would have made me nervous to do this on my own and was glad Nick took the time to find exactly the vehicle I was loking for and help. Nick was also the most reasonably priced - which I really appreciate. He didn't try to upsell me - just got me what I wanted and stayed within requested budget. My experience with Nate Wade Subaru was a positive one. I went to the dealership to test drive a couple of new cars. After waiting a while in the showroom, Nick was the first salesperson to assist me, eve I went to the dealership to test drive a couple of new cars. After waiting a while in the showroom, Nick was the first salesperson to assist me, even though he typically does internet sales. He was great to allow me to test drive the cars I was interested in. I did not know much about Subarus and Nick took the time to explain the different models and features. Once I had decided on the Outback, Nick made numerous efforts to find the car with the features, colors, options, etc that I wanted. He was patient while my husband and I made decisions and has continued to follow up with me even several months after I purchased. I will continue to recommend Nate Wade and Nick Westover to those in the market for Subarus. More
