Nick is great. He didn't try to "sell" me which is good as this was my 4th Subaru. He simply answered MY questions and offered information. That's what closed the deal. They did find me a great interest rate for my car, but I felt rushed through the process and felt like I was a little mis-lead when it came to purchasing the certification from Subaru. OH MY GOSH!!!...Could this place have been more than accommodating? I was treated like a queen. I have never bought a car on my own. Your salesmen were the absolute greatest...and Nick Paulos put me at ease and he told me he would take care of me and he did. When I came to pick my car up, Nick Smith was supposed to leave but he stayed to make sure that everything fell into place. Being from out of town, it was very important that we were able to get up-to-date accurate information on the internet. Nate Wade seemed very good about keeping their site up. We felt the pricing was very fair and typically lower than other dealerships. We were also very impressed with the large selection of used Subarus -- few other dealerships even came close. Having a large selection made it easier to make a decision, and we had more confidence that we were making the right decision and not just buying out of desperation. When we were finishing up our purchase, Nick Poulos in financing made it a very pleasant experiece -- again, no pressure to buy anything we didn't want. Overall a very good experience (and car buying ranks right up there with root canals for me.) More

When I went someone came to help me right away. He helped me with what i needed right away and answered any questions I had.
