This was my first car purchase from a dealership and only the second car purchase of my life. I had my eye on a specific vehicle and was able to talk price and negotiate through email. I had to ride the UTA trax train to the dealership and was picked up by Gentry Mikesell from the trax station in the vehicle I was going to test drive. I was very impressed. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to buy, Brock gave me a great deal with an out-the-door price. They didn't try to sell me on a monthly payment amount like some other dealerships. I was given the exact price I would pay for the vehicle including tax, title, licensing and fees. The loan and financing processes were quick and hassle free. During this time I was given my choice of snacks and beverages to pass the time. At the end of my purchasing experience I felt like I had known both Gentry and Brock for years. I would recommend Nate Wade and Brock and Gentry to anyone looking for a quick, easy and friendly car buying experience. More
