I went back to Nate Wade a week later and there were more to choose from and I test drove two different Impreza Hatchbacks. The trade-in value for my car ended up being over 1000 more than what Mark Miller offered me and I was given an awesome deal on the car I chose. The service was super friendly and I walked out with the car I wanted and loved. Very impressed. More

After getting home we realized the vehicle was missing a head rest. We called John and he got it taken care of and in the mail right away. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to buy, Brock gave me a great deal with an out-the-door price. They didn't try to sell me on a monthly payment amount like some other dealerships. I was given the exact price I would pay for the vehicle including tax, title, licensing and fees. The loan and financing processes were quick and hassle free. During this time I was given my choice of snacks and beverages to pass the time. At the end of my purchasing experience I felt like I had known both Gentry and Brock for years.
