When I came in, the car was exactly as he represented it, so I purchased it. Steve Yates did the finance side(cash deal) and truly knows his business. I had a relative with me that purchased the car I traded in, and they were also very impressed with the whole process. The only issue was when I went to leave - the car had two nails in one of the tires and had to be repaired, but it was done quickly also. When I walked in the door to buy a car, there was no one there to help me out and when I finally found Rick Gruber, he tried to talk me out of the car I wanted to buy.
