Yesterday, I went to Nate Wade Subaru. My objective was to purchase a new Subaru. However, being new to this city, I wanted to see the maintenance, service and parts department and also evaluate other aspe to purchase a new Subaru. However, being new to this city, I wanted to see the maintenance, service and parts department and also evaluate other aspects of the store. This was to make sure that I can get accomplished after sales service. This was the reason; I minutely evaluated each and every aspect of their services. Among all, I was most satisfied with their customer assistance. Apart from that, they also had a well functional and efficient work shop and I have also checked the price charged for the maintenance services and found it to be appropriate and economical. So, my verdict is 4 out of 5. More

I had a very positive experience with Gentry and Carla at Nate Wade Subaru. Before this, I only worked with the service and parts departments at Nate Wade (the best at any Subaru dealership in UT). Carla and Nate Wade Subaru. Before this, I only worked with the service and parts departments at Nate Wade (the best at any Subaru dealership in UT). Carla and Gentry made the experience effortless and were very helpful, communicative and responsive throughout. I have two young children and wasn't able to spend much time at the dealership. After setting an appointment for a couple of test drives, I decided on a model. Carla and Gentry really worked with me via phone and email to answer my questions and help me complete the purchase without spending a ton of time chasing my kids around the dealership. They never tried to sell me on things in which I wasn't interested, and Nate Wade's prices surpassed every other Subaru dealer in UT, even with a VIP discount through my employer at another major SLC Subaru dealership. They completed all of the paperwork for me, and I arrived to complete the purchase with Nick, the business manager. Nick was incredibly personable and helpful, and he was very candid about the services and benefits offered at Nate Wade. My family and I spent no longer than 20 minutes completing the purchase process, and then Gentry handed over the keys and gave me a tutorial on the vehicle's features (which Carla had also explained prior to the test drive). He helped me set up my phone through the bluetooth system and spent some time ensuring I was comfortable with everything. Carla and Gentry always returned my calls and emails promptly when I left messages, and I received great personal attention. I never felt rushed or pressured. I have and will continue to highly recommend Nate Wade to all of my friends. More

Contacted dealership about 2 used Subarus. Called to see if they were still on the lot even provided Manny with the car stock # and he informed me they were on the lot. Did the internet pricing online and was informed by Carla only one of the cars was on lot and the other wasn't even delivered to the dealership yet. Drove down to take a look at the car that was on the lot (as per Carla and Manny) and when we got there we were informed that it too was not on the lot, but at the shop. Not able to look at either of the cars I was interested in. Looked at a similar model. Decided to wait for the one in transit to reach the dealership to decide on whether or not to look at it. It came in on Wednesday, Carla reserved it so we could take a look at it and decide if we wanted to purchase it or not. Carla referred us to Nick Smith due to her not working Friday. Submit the information through the website for the financial pre-approval process to start days before setting up an appointment on Friday to try and speed up the entire process and specified we were working with Carla York (unfortunately, no one could ever find it, so I wasted my time with that as well). Set up an appointment for Friday and drove back down. Not only was the car not in good condition (cosmetically it was rough to put it lightly). Worked with Nick who knew nothing. Seems Carla had not shared much if any information with him as to our wants, needs and previous experience and communications. At first, he said neither of the Subarus we were interested in had gone through the shop and we would not be able to even talk about pricing or purchasing on either of them because of this (2nd wasted trip) then miraculously the car had been through the shop and they even had a mechanical write up. After working with the pricing and getting it to where we thought was reasonable we went to talk to Steve Yates. He pretty much turned us away due to being in a bankruptcy and not having a letter stating we could buy a car from our trustee. As per the bankruptcy laws in order to get authorized letter you have to show an unsigned sales contract so the trustee has some guide lines to go off of to write the letter and Steve told us our attorney gave us bad legal advice. SO...after 2 wasted trips, 4 uninformed employees and overall BAD experience, we went else where and when people ask us who to go to buy a car we tell them definitely NOT Nate Wade. More

Gentry answered my email inquiry and had the car I was interested in driving ready to go when I arrived. He handed me the keys and said I could take it up the canyon and test the power. The staff at Nate Wade were so accommodating and friendly throughout the whole car-buying process. They really listened to my needs and treated me like a person, which was so incredibly helpful! Dealing with Gentry was not one's typical experience with dealing with a "car salesman". I felt that Gentry was in fact guiding me thru the process of buying the car that I wanted. He took his time wa with dealing with a "car salesman". I felt that Gentry was in fact guiding me thru the process of buying the car that I wanted. He took his time was very professional in the buying process. I got the right car for the right price. It was amazing that I felt no pressure nor experience any drama from anyone at Nate Wade Suburu. I actually shared with my friends who were admiring the car (that is what good friends do) not the car but the buying experience that I had purchasing my car from Nate Wade and especially Gentry Mikesell. That was actually more important than the car that I will experience for a very long time. More
