I had a very good experience shopping with Gentry for my Subaru at Nate Wade. This was my third experience buying a Subaru and the best. My daughter set me up to meet with Gentry whom she had bought her Sub Subaru at Nate Wade. This was my third experience buying a Subaru and the best. My daughter set me up to meet with Gentry whom she had bought her Subaru through last spring, telling me she had a good experience dealing with him. I was not disappointed. He was genuinely friendly, kind, and courteous. We test drove the CrossTrek and the Forester being allow as much time as we needed with each. We never felt pressured at any time. He let the cars speak for themselves, explaining the features of each to compare, letting me decide what I wanted, giving me the information for each and his bus.card as I left. After I had driven both and had left I realized that he didn't asked for my phone number so that HE could make a followup call. Never had that happen before. It is always uncomfortable answering those calls. I later called back with my decision, more calls and ?s, & after a few days I bought my brand new Venitian Red Forester and loving it every day. I was first contacted by Nick Smith after I submitted something online expressing interest for one of Nate Wade's Subarus. Soon after, Nick called me, and on that first call he told me--"You won't need t something online expressing interest for one of Nate Wade's Subarus. That was reassuring to me because I am very skeptical of pushy sales tactics, which always make me feel like the salesperson has his/her own best interests in mind and not mine. Nick's promise was absolutely true--he was very helpful and patient, and I had a great experience! I would happily recommend him to anyone. Nick Poulos was also helpful and fun to work with. These guys are the best. I have bought two cars here in the past 7 years and had a very good experience. They have been fast to respond and helped me to get what I was looking for.
