I was first contacted by Nick Smith after I submitted something online expressing interest for one of Nate Wade's Subarus. That was reassuring to me because I am very skeptical of pushy sales tactics, which always make me feel like the salesperson has his/her own best interests in mind and not mine. Nick's promise was absolutely true--he was very helpful and patient, and I had a great experience! I would happily recommend him to anyone. Nick Poulos was also helpful and fun to work with. These guys are the best. I have bought two cars here in the past 7 years and had a very good experience. They have been fast to respond and helped me to get what I was looking for. Both Nicks were friendly, informed and kind. They were not pushy or controlling like many salesmen I have dealt with at other dealers. This is 2nd time we have purchased a new Subaru from Nate wade. It was the best car buying experience we ever had. The salesman was helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. When he was not able to find the exact vehicle we wanted, he located the vehicle at a dealer in Ogden, and was willing to take the time go go get it. Now that's great service! The finance manager was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything regarding the financing options and services available. We have had experiences at other dealers over the years that were not so positive. We have recommended Nate Wade to all our family and friends, and so far, two of them have purchased vehicles. We will keep suggesting that additional people give Nate Wade a try. We couldn't be more satisfied! More

He's patient and won't try to push you into a car you don't really want. Our experience with the finance department was not quite as good. I felt like we didn't have time to ask all of the questions we wanted to ask, supposedly because there were more people waiting to go through finance after us. If I'm willing to spend a bunch of money on a new car, the least the dealership can do is not rush me through the financing process. More
