On November 15, 2013, I purchased a new Subaru Outback from Nate Wade with much of the preliminary work being done over the internet (enter Dustin Marriott). Subsequently, we visited the dealer, test drove several vehicles and made a decision on what to buy (enter Dustin, again, and Gentry Mikesell). On the day of purchase (enter Nick Poulos and Dustin), I spent several hours at Nate Wade, and it turned out to be the best, and I do mean "best", car buying experience I have ever had. All agents were most accommodating, sincerely friendly and interested in my welfare as related to a major purchase. Dustin, Nick and Gentry are now my friends, and they are welcomed to put their feet under my table anytime, whether to chat, have a drink or dinner. I was quite apprehensive about buying a car from a dealer as I have always bought used cars from private parties before. They were super responsive and very respectful in their interactions, never pressured us into making any quick decisions and very candid with their opinions about various aspects of the car and its pricing. They also let us have enough time with all the 3 cars we looked at and worked quite a bit to get us the exact trim we wanted. We have been back for a couple of small things (accessories and such) and again received great help from Nick and Dustin. Paul Burt helped us organize the financing and has helped us get a low rate and also advised us on a bunch of financial options - something I did not expect him to do, as some of them clearly did not fall within the purview of his responsibilities. My experience at Nate Wade has been great, only a little disappointed with the service department who put an accessory (a mesh net) in the wrong place - granted they did it for free. It was supposed to go right behind the rear seat, instead they strung it across the hatch of the car. Nick, Dustin and Paul are really easy to work with and I would recommend Nate Wade to other potential buyers. More

I had a very good experience shopping with Gentry for my Subaru at Nate Wade. This was my third experience buying a Subaru and the best. My daughter set me up to meet with Gentry whom she had bought her Sub Subaru at Nate Wade. This was my third experience buying a Subaru and the best. My daughter set me up to meet with Gentry whom she had bought her Subaru through last spring, telling me she had a good experience dealing with him. I was not disappointed. He was genuinely friendly, kind, and courteous. We test drove the CrossTrek and the Forester being allow as much time as we needed with each. We never felt pressured at any time. He let the cars speak for themselves, explaining the features of each to compare, letting me decide what I wanted, giving me the information for each and his bus.card as I left. After I had driven both and had left I realized that he didn't asked for my phone number so that HE could make a followup call. Never had that happen before. It is always uncomfortable answering those calls. I later called back with my decision, more calls and ?s, & after a few days I bought my brand new Venitian Red Forester and loving it every day.
