Buying a car has always been a very dreadful experience for me. I spent about two weeks shopping online for what I was looking for. I am so grateful for Dustin Marriott. When I finally found what I wanted, I went to the dealership and was promptly greeted by Dustin. What an ANGEL! I told him what I wanted, how long I wanted to be there, and what I didn't want to deal with. He was perfect & very accommodating. Then he set me up with Steve Yates...what an ACE! He was awesome. Quick, efficient, and to the point, plus he was SUPER FUNNY which made for a great time "signing my life away". Nick Smith got dragged into my Princess ordeal as well, once again, another AWESOME PERSON. He got me all set to go and even made sure I had my Utes frames (GO UTES!!!) on before leaving the lot. Who would have ever thought that there could be three, yes I typed 3, wonderful people in one dealership! My first Subaru, my first GREAT dealership experience, doesn't get better than that! In my experience in the past of buying a car people are pushy and want to get you into something and out the door. He got me the car of my dreams and worked with another dealership to have it shipped to Nate Wade so I could pick it up. Then Nick Poulos got me the deal of a life time financing the car. He got me the same prices on the warranties that he arranged for my parents and treated me like family. He explained every step of the way in detail so I knew exactly what he was doing. Last but certainly not least Roger Bird showed me everything there was to know about my new car. He took time to show me the little details and the new eyesight system. In the past the sales team I would have worked with before would have just showed me the manual and that's it. Nate Wade took care of me hands down better than anyone else in the past. Nick Smith was excellent from the first time I came in. Calm, friendly and no pressure. We tried the Crosstek, but didn't like it, and came back after trying other similar vehicles and purchased the Impre Calm, friendly and no pressure. When I first leased my Subaru with Nate Wade, I was very happy with the customer service. The sales people were not pushy and they seemed to know what they were talking about. A year later my tire went fl happy with the customer service. The sales people were not pushy and they seemed to know what they were talking about. A year later my tire went flat. I went to Nate Wade to get the tire fixed and they said they could not fix the tire because there was damage to the sidewall, they told me I would need to buy a brand new tire and have the tire company shave it down to the correct tread so it didn’t mess up my AWD. I knew I had a gold warranty on my car but I was never told what the gold plan covers. When I asked the service man he told me my tire would not be covered under warranty. I had them quote me the price of one tire and the shaving. I was quoted $360.00, I knew that I could buy a brand new set of tires for $400.00 so I looked elsewhere. For five days I looked for a new tire at a different tire shop. Finally I went to Big O tires and they said they could get me a new tire and shave it down for $210. Before I bought this tire I wanted to make sure that Nate Wade couldn’t cover it. I called once more and the man in service told me he didn’t “think” it was covered so I asked him “could you please make sure?” he put me on hold. When he got back on the phone he told me that I had Gold and GAP coverage and they would replace my tire for no charge. He told me he would call me the next day to give me a date on when they could put the tire on. The next day he called me and said “I will actually have to charge you $106 because the tire company covers only 75% of the price of the tire and its $45 dollars for the shaving of the tire. I was ok with that but I wanted to make sure that was the case so I contacted the financial manager at Nate Wade to make sure this was correct, seeing as I had been quoted wrong a couple of times now. The financial manager called me back and left a message saying the tire was free and to not let anybody take advantage of me. Sadly he did not realize that the people taking advantage of me were in the same company that he works with. An entire week later (still driving on a donut and waking up 30 minutes earlier to get to work) the day came to get my tire put on my car; the man working with me in service said it would be $106.00. At this point I was very unhappy with what was going on. I went to talk to the financial manager whom left me the message. He was on vacation so I had to speak with a different financial manager. This financial manager did absolutely nothing for me; he simply went to the man in service and took his word. Making me pay $106.00 for the tire, I was very upset with the way Nate Wade handled things and could not believe they could not give me the straight answer. Three days later I get a call from Nate Wade saying they had made a mistake and they needed to credit me back $45.00. This was a misunderstanding between the dealership and I. Fortunately Nate Wade was kind enough to reach out and make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate all that Nate Wade has done for me. I knew that Nate Wade gave great customer service and through all of this they still amaze me with their curious and helpful staff. If you are looking for a dealership with excellent customer service don't hesitate GO TO NATE WADE. More

I don't really know how to give him higher praise, except to echo what everyone else has said. If you're buying a Subaru in Utah - Nate Wade is the only place to go. (Trust me, we went to the other dealers, too...) Steve was also great to work with. He helped us get our financing figured out and took time to explain all of our options. We'll be back when we're ready for our next Subaru! More

I bought a new 2014 Forester Premium and used the Costco Auto program to minimize the hassle of buying a new car. They all were professional, informative and attentive to me, and there was never a moment where I felt any pressure to buy the car or any services, plans, etc. I highly recommend them, and will certainly recommend and use them again.
