Nate Wade Subaru was recommended to us by a friend after going through an unfortunate experience at a very pushy dealership. We were able to walk around the lot without being stalked by sales people and det going through an unfortunate experience at a very pushy dealership. We were able to walk around the lot without being stalked by sales people and determine which cars we were interested in peacefully. When it was time for a test drive Nick gave us the keys and let us take one of the cars out. Upon return from the test drive he was super relaxed and no pressure, we asked a few questions and left. The following week we returned with the intent to trade in our current vehicle and lease a Subaru, again Nick was super helpful and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Paul was very helpful with financing questions and always left decisions up to us without trying the hard sell on extras. Overall we were blown away with how well we were treated and it made the car buying experience very enjoyable. We'll definitely recommend our friends. More

1st Gentry Mikesell is wonderful, and you will be happy working with him. I purposely did the whole shopping experience on the internet to avoid pressure. Numerous dealerships & agents contacted me. Som working with him. I purposely did the whole shopping experience on the internet to avoid pressure. Numerous dealerships & agents contacted me. Some straight off told me they did not have the product I wanted, and would I settle for something I did not want. Why would I buy for the same cost something I didn't want? That group was immediately eliminated. I had visited 1 dealership just to see the cars to ensure it was a Forester I wanted. At the dealership the price of the add on's was significantly less than the price the online salesman from that dealership quoted me. They were also eliminated. It came down to Gentry and another dealership. I had 1 last question- "What is the final cost out the door?" Gentry told me to the penny. The other dealership didn't and wouldn't. Instead I was told "It's time for you to come in and meet with me", followed by a email from a supervisor who said the same. They were eliminated. I clearly wanted to do everything by email-that way everything I asked for, and they told me would be in writing. However, everyone except Gentry kept calling may cell phone, telling me to call them and discuss a sale. The only time Gentry called me was to let me know the car was in. Really liked that. Gentry answered all my questions, and never lost patience with me, and responded back at all hours. I was very impressed and wondered if he ever wasn't working. He kept me posted on how things were progressing, and also got me a loaner car for the last weeks around Xmas so I could get my shopping done (my clutch is going out, so the freeway was off limits). I brought the one loaner back because it was having trouble starting. Within 5 minutes they gave me another loaner - no questions. It also had trouble starting, but I learned that unless I had the break on it would do the same. Put the break on and no problem-learn something new every day. Come closing day, Gentry was very nice about me changing the time I would be there,and was there when I arrived. He took me straight to my new car, showed me all the features, and add ons' I'd requested, and wanted me to drive it to make sure I was happy (I was). Then went in for the closing. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but he was very nice. Gentry let him know that I didn't want to be pressured, and needed to have time to make up my mind. He didn't push, explained things well, and I was able to make a decision right then. Gentry has done a wonderful job of helping me though all the step and making me feel good about this decision. At the store when I was inquiring into thing like trunk trays etc, he took me over so we could check out the prices, but no pressure to buy. I will soon be buying some of the additions - they were very good prices. I guess I would never be able to say a price on any car was great, but I love Subaru, and have had one for 15yrs, and the other 16 yrs, so I know they are great cars. This is a Subaru, not a Nate Wade concern, but It just seems excessive the additional cost to buy one with the roof rack, seat warmers and reverse camera, My brother bought the basic Forester a few years ago and the roof rack and seat warmer was a basic. I did not like that fact act all. I must add that 3 times I have tried to email this to you and it is ticking me off, All the codes, emails, passwords etc have prohibited this. Will see if there is some way I can finally send this, and I'm just trying to give feedback requested. Not Good. More

First person to contact me was Gentry who gave me an internet price of 200 less than list. Then he introduced me to Paul who was able to get an apr of 8% which was less than the 12% my bank was offering internet price of 200 less than list. Then he introduced me to Paul who was able to get an apr of 8% which was less than the 12% my bank was offering. I planned to buy on a Thursday but Gentry was off so He handed the deal over to Nick. My flight got canceled due to weather, so I wasn't able to fly in until Monday. Nick kept in contact during the days in between answering all my questions. I came in Monday and met with Mr. Poulos who sold me the car. Great team you guys got and I felt like I made a new group of friends to go along with my car. I have never been to any dealership who made me feel more comfortable. Thanks guys... More
