Nick Westover answered my questions completely. He even went the extra mile to help me understand why an estimate from another dealer (for after-market leather installation) might have been different. He offered some alternatives for getting the leather installed immediately. The sales process was relatively painless. Nate Wade Subaru was recommended to us by a friend after going through an unfortunate experience at a very pushy dealership. We were able to walk around the lot without being stalked by sales people and det going through an unfortunate experience at a very pushy dealership. We were able to walk around the lot without being stalked by sales people and determine which cars we were interested in peacefully. When it was time for a test drive Nick gave us the keys and let us take one of the cars out. Upon return from the test drive he was super relaxed and no pressure, we asked a few questions and left. The following week we returned with the intent to trade in our current vehicle and lease a Subaru, again Nick was super helpful and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Paul was very helpful with financing questions and always left decisions up to us without trying the hard sell on extras. Overall we were blown away with how well we were treated and it made the car buying experience very enjoyable. We'll definitely recommend our friends. More
